Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders placed on WeSC.uk are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) 8am to 3pm EST and shipped within 48-72 hours pending payment authorization and verification.

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.  Any order placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be sent out on the following Monday. 

Domestic Tax added where applicable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship orders to the countries outside the USA, e.g. UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
 
Yes, we ship to most countries like the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Shipper for all orders to the UK & EU.
 



International Shipping Disclosure: Please note that if you have not opted for Navidium protection for your package, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or issues with your package once it has been received by the carrier in your country responsible for delivery. We strongly recommend purchasing Navidium protection for peace of mind and security of your package. We cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. We cannot refund the original shipping charges for return shipment orders.

PAYMENT METHODS

WeSC America Inc. accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address. Other payment methods are available and vary per region. (Apple Pay, Google Pay, ect).
